[That catches said dog's owner's attention, and Bran looks up from where he's staring at the kids levitating, putting his hand on Summer's head, who rumbles at Norman until he scratches her behind the ear.]

Hullo. [A little shyly.]

Your dog is really pretty. [Please don't eat him.]

[But no, Norman offers a similarly shy smile and shrugs.]

She's a wolf. [Bran scratches her behind the ear serenely at that. His mom had said she was only part wolf, but there was no way.

Pulling his hand away, he gestures to her, smile starting to widen. ]

Her name's Summer--she's really nice. Did you want to pet her...?

Oh, wow. [Wait a real wolf??? Well. She ...looked really well behaved, and if she was at camp....]

Um, okay. [Norman wasn't very tall so rather than lean down he simply held his hand out invitingly. He wasn't about to quickly approach her though, that was just asking for trouble.]

[Bran pats Summer on the shoulder, a reassuring gesture, and leans back a little in the chair, watching as she dips her head to press it against Norman's, obediently.
