TEST DRIVE MEME

[Summer's definitely been a conversation starter, that much is for sure. Returning back from his zoned out stare at the levitating campers, he tears his head away and nods at Summer, who pads over and licks Tooth's hand.]

Her name's Summer.

[Bran smiles.] She likes you.

[ Tooth bends forward, one hand on her knee and the other held palm-up for Summer as she comes closer. As the wolf licks it, she smiles wide and carefully strokes her fingers over her furry brow and between her ears. ]

What a good girl you are, Summer.

[ She looks back up at Bran. ] This is your first summer, isn't it?

[It doesn't take long for Summer to acquiesce to the pettings; she ducks her head and allows Tooth to pet her, even tilting it a little towards her favorite spot behind her ears.

It's a soothing thing for Bran to watch, and he catches her gaze, nodding, but not turning his eyes away.]

Yes ma'am.

Here? [ Not hesitating to follow Summer's silent instruction, Tooth works her fingertips gently into the spot that the wolf seems to want her to pay attention to.

Her eyes flit back up to Bran, and her smile widens a little. ]

That's fantastic. I'm one of the junior counselors, so I've been here for a little while. My name's Tatiana, what's yours?

[Summer immediately melts into her touch, tilting her head down low for more scratches--behind her, her tail thumps noisily. Aw yes.

Bran reaches out and pats Summer on the butt affectionately, a reassuring touch for himself and for her, and offers her a shy smile.]

Bran Stark. It's nice to meet you.

[ Tooth laughs, bringing both hands up so that she can get Summer behind both of her ears. What a good girl! And so sweet, too. Nevermind that their bond is obvious, and that's just as sweet.

She's all teeth and brightness with her smile at Bran. ]

And you, too, Bran. Is there something you want to specialize in while you're here?

[Now he gets really shy, and he turns his head down towards Summer again. It's kind of stupid, and maybe he won't even be good at it, but--]

..I want to learn how to do that.

[And then, his gaze tracks over to the campers levitating, messing around.]

[ Gently patting at the top of Summer's head to signify that she's done giving her attention for the moment-- mostly to encourage her back to Bran-- she crouches down in front of him, arms resting on her knees. ]

Levitation? [ She follows his gaze, then looks back at him with a soft expression. ] I'm one of the clairvoyance counselors, but you know what?

That's my second best skill. If you ever want any help, sweetheart, just let me know. Okay?

[He may or may not completely light up. Flushing a little, Bran looks at her with his head tilted down, embarrassed and excited all at once,a little note of wonder in his voice.]

I'd like that a lot.

[And then he adds a quiet-]

..thank you.

[ Her smile widens a touch, and she reaches up with a hand to touch his shoulder briefly. ]

Of course. Summer camp should be fun for everyone.

If that's what would make you happy, I'm happy to help.

It would. [Lifting his arm, he puts it on top of Tooth's, gently, and returns her smile with a bright one of his own.

He's going to learn to fly.]
