Basic Rundown: Uh well he's basically a horrible person.

Wait I need to say more? okay.

Dio has a bit of a god complex (or at least superiority in the highest degree), no empathy whatsoever, and a list of grudges the length of my arm. When he grows up, he plans to murder his adoptive father and frame his adoptive brother for it, thus inheriting the family fortune himself and making him extremely wealthy! Kid's fucked up.

But as fucked up as he is, he's also pretty good at hiding it. Most of the time, he'll seem personable, polite, even friendly. He knows that showing his true colors is bad for business, so you're only likely to see him get really pissed off if you've seriously stepped in his business.

Also he is in a camp full of psychics, maintaining 100% cover might be difficult.
Type of CR: Anything! In canon he tends to attract a posse of unsuspecting and easily impressed followers, so something along those lines could be cool...but really, anything.
Any plans?: None in particular!

Other notes: Dio grows up to be this guy. You know, if you needed more proof that he's fucked up.

If he wants to hide how much of a terrible person he is, he probably shouldn't come get his telepathy badge from Sandy. 8)
