Basic Rundown: Basically that loud, exuberant best friend it's really hard to dislike entirely, unless you're that annoyed by laughter and generally having a good time. She's almost by design meant to be a supporting character, and will totes back you up if you're her friend. ...she might break your jaw if you're annoying a friend, though.

She actually missed the year of the great brain theft owing to her parents wanting to take a vacation somewhere else for a bit. She's still kicking herself about missing all the excitement. One might ask why, to which we can only answer "Tsuruya." That is all.

She is an Astral Snake.

Type of CR: Friends! Friiiiiiends! Tsuruya is totally going to be reaching out, especially as a junior counselor. In particular, if she sees you're being shy and withdrawn, well, someone's gonna have to do something about that, right? Ha!

Any plans?: I'm more of a "let things run as they go" sort. Tsuruya might be smarter than she lets on, though.
