The power is out all across camp due to a nasty storm, and everyone's been brought to the lodge for safe keeping! There are candles, flashlights, lanterns, and the gas powered stove, but not much else besides one another. [ 3. ] Tag around with one another! Figure out preexisting CR for characters returning to camp, and get an idea of what new CR you could get! [ 4. ] App all those characters. You can use your threads from this for one of your samples! [ 5. ] Have fun!

[ Leaning, he bumps their shoulders together and stays there a moment. Of course Gumball's thoughts on his singing matter to him, he's just going to never admit to it. ]

Of course you will. Where else are you going to get such an island venue, hm?

[Grinning, Gumball leans over too, head resting on Marshall's shoulder for just a second (enough to seem playful, anyway). He looks around, then, sighing.]

And I'd come to see your shows when I can. Or at least listen to your records.

[ It's playful, but so's the brief tap of Marshall's head against Gumball's on his shoulder (or so it seems, anyways). When the prince looks around, he straightens, plucking at strings and humming quietly. ]

You ever need entertainment at one of your fancy shindigs you can sneak me in when no one's looking. I'll entertain your court personally.

[Leaning back on his palms again, Gumball smiles.]

[ Like he did anyways. Marshall glances up from under the sweep of his hair, looking out on the great hall before to his friend. ]

S'not the worst it's ever been, at leasr. But I'd like it more if there were less people, actually.

[Randall certainly wasn't the busy-body that Tooth was, but he was certainly moving around and about plenty on his own; which is probably why he didn't look before he moved once, and nearly crashed right into her.]

Whoah--! [Yeah he was able to stop maybe .5 seconds before collision.] Sorry, Miss Tooth!

[ Tooth jostles with the near crash, hands clutching tight at the boxes in her possession and using telekinesis to keep from losing the topmost box. She peeks around her stack, before offering an easy smile. ]

It's okay, Randall. We're all kind of all over the place right now.

[ Though Tooth has been flitting around to everyone, her movements slow as she comes to check on Bran and Summer. Mostly because she doesn't want to startle them, but also because it's quiet here. She doesn't want to interrupt it.

As she draws closer, she smiles and offers her hand towards Summer in greeting. ]

How're you doing, Bran?

[ Little bird-like Tatiana Tooth is always a little uncertain of how to approach Hibari, even now. She's not someone who would earn the sharp bite of the tonfa, but she's seen him in action before.

But at the same time, she knows how to extend a peace offering.

Coming over to him at the door, she holds up a plate with bird seed and blueberries on it. Treats for the cute things with him, since she knows he'll probably be looming at the door for a while. ]

[ Coming to the lounge after running around for the better part of the night, Tooth crosses her arms and leans in the doorway as she takes in the sight Jack makes. Expression soft, she smiles as he and Baby Tooth exchange chirps and whistles.

Tilting her chin up, she lets out a melodic whistle to them. ]

Yo, Sasquatch.

[ Marshall has his guitar slung over his back as he comes over, a couple bottles of water in his hands. Wiggling one at him, he holds it out. He might pick on Jake, but he's still going to keep an eye on him. ]

[ Marshall ambles over to where Bubblegum has set up camp, curious as to what she's dug out that's spread all over the floor. It doesn't take much to figure out that they're board games, but he's surprised to see them.

Crouching across from her, he rests his arms on his thighs. ]

Where'd you find those, Bubs?

The best stories have drunk people.

[ It's said conversationally, which is probably what gets some giggles from the group, but Raz continues his work. Illustrating this story is a lot easier than his mostly accurate, partially made up story for Edgar. (Not everything should be shared with people that weren't there.)

The ending is kind of sad, though. Even as he gets a kick out of the ride, making all the landscape as best he can, he wasn't quite expecting that.

So the shadow pooka rides off by itself. ]

[Ken's never been overly fond of lightning storms, something that's stemmed from childhood. He's taking this moment to create a program on his laptop, face illuminated by the light coming from the screen, fingers tapping lightly away at the keyboard. His gaze barely lifts from the screen, but he'll occasionally raise a hand to his face in thought, as though just blinking back into existence.]


[ooc: Ken's specialty is astral projection, which gives a reason to why he seems so out of it :3]

[ Leaving the cluster of kids in the lounge to themselves, Raz goes from his claimed beanbag chair to where Lili is sitting. In the dimness, he doesn't hesitate before he's sliding into her space, joining her and sighing heavily. It's been a long night, and even a chatterbox like him is a little bit worn out.

He closes his eyes, long legs stretched out and fingers laced over his stomach. ]

Think we're gonna have to break down the tables and get sleeping bags out?

[Jack tilts his head when he hears her whistle, Baby Tooth fluttering her wings before she trills a melody in reply. It's too dark for her to leave her perch, but her song reaches Tooth easily. Jack shifts in his seat, sitting up a little.]

Taking a breather?

[ Smile growing as her little bird counterpart answers back, she pushes away from the doorway and comes into the room proper. Navigating other campers, she drops into a spot next to Jack smoothly. ]

Before another person tells me I should sit down before the power comes back on.

[She takes a moment to appreciate the closeness before shifting in her spot so she's standing even closer to him, leaning against him a little. She doesn't even need to look to know who it is, really. Lili gives a small sigh before she answers, brushing a pigtail over her shoulder.]

With how the storm looks, we should at least wait another hour. It's getting late enough for people to start sleeping in weird positions.

[Baby Tooth ruffles her feathers, chirping as she begins a new song. It's mostly to help the younger campers sleep, really, but it's a little help at least. Whoever said Pyro Cats were only interested in causing trouble was wrong. He gives her a smile, drawing a knee up and draping his arms over it, curling his upper body against it.]

Well it wouldn't hurt. I think everyone's settled now thanks to you.

[ Puffing his bangs from his face, Raz relaxes as she leans into him and tips his head to rest it against hers. Much as they snipe at each other during the day, he really appreciates this part of things, too. The quiet times, even when they're stuck watching over the camp. He was never around for any past pages, though he's used to weird, cramped conditions. ]

By then we're gonna have to pry people out of weird stuff. I think I saw a couple of 'em go lie down in the nurse's office.

[The quiet times really are some of the better ones, even if she does rag on his ass for the most part. She tilts her head up against his, pressing her nose to the side of his face before planting a small kiss to his cheek, leaning with a raised eyebrow.]

Are you sure they were just lying down or...?

Not just me. Everyone's been pretty hard at work, even our Pyro Cats.

[ She's not oblivious to what Baby Tooth is doing. Bringing her own knees up, Tooth wraps her arms around them and becomes even smaller, chin propped on them. Her eyes close, and she exhales with a bit of relief. Even she needs to stop for a bit. ]

Yeah, I cheerfully followed them in to make sure. If it was gonna be anything else, it was too awkward after that.

[ A cheeky grin breaks across his face, but relaxes at the edges as he tilts to return a little peck to her brow. It's easy to switch from being a little shit to something more quiet, especially since the two aren't mutually exclusive from one another. ]

[Whoops, caught. His smile turns sheepish as he runs a hand through his hair, scratching the back of his neck as he glanced away for a moment.]

That obvious, huh?

I don't think anyone else has made the realization yet.

[ She tips, bumping her shoulder into him before straightening again. It's not just him, she saw both Jake and Marshall helping in some way. Which is always nice. ]
